When the service tech arrived from Armbrust, Dan, he quickly ask what the problem was and immediately looked at the heating unit and after duplicating the problem, quickly found the source of the problem and explained what the corrective action would be and the associated costs. I agreed to the action and he quickly cleaned removed and cleaned the flame sensor. After reinstalling and testing it, everything was operational. Dan was very thorough and made photos of the area he had troubleshot and found to be defective. He explained that a regular inspection would have found this issue and saved the emergency call. Dan was very professional and thorough in his approach, and provided me with recommendations to look at a membership inspection program. I was very interested and Dan would have someone from the office contact me with the details. Dan was very quick with his troubleshooting, specific, and complete with his interaction and explanations. I know have a maintenance membership, and feel confident in Armbrust HVAC as a dependable and supportive company for all their products.

Adam was very pleasant to deal with. He explained my options based on what he found, and advised what he believed was the most reasonable course of action. It was left up to me to decide. I totally agreed with his assessment, and he proceeded to pursue the problem accordingly. He was right on with his advice, and performed the work in a professional and efficient manner. Bruce came to review the state of our sump pump as it was running every 20 minutes around the clock. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He took his time to evaluate the pump and the the surrounding building to ensure it was discharging properly. He also educated me further on the workings of the pump which was very useful In the end he determined the pump was working and the frequent use was related to a continous flow from the drain tiles which we need to take away ourselves I highly recommend Bruce

Adam is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is very good about explaining issues and how they are resolved. I appreciate knowing what he is doing, so that I can prevent unnecessary visits when possible. He works very efficiently and leaves his work area spotless. Adam was great. He explained the process to evaluate my situation and associated pricing for the diagnostics. Adam then accessed the flow or discharge into the sump pit and acknowledged the obvious mechanical failure. We agreed on a course of action and gave the three logical solutions. He executed the mission and tested the results and provided pictorial proof of mission accomplishments. I signed off on the receipt $$$ worth the peace of mind.
